1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) fb001.c account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. If fb001.c discovers that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, any balances may be confiscated, and the player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fb001.c offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that specific promotion.

Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

Free bets and free spins, where awarded, expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Expired promotional credits are forfeited without compensation.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fb001.c Platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet type before confirmation. fb001.c shall not be liable for bets placed in error.

fb001.c reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A palpable error has occurred in the display of odds or game conditions;

7. Prohibited Activities

10. Limitation of Liability

fb001.c's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fb001.c does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods will be notified where practicable.

Upon termination for cause, fb001.c may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where no violation is found, remaining balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to fb001.c customer support for good-faith resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution mechanism or, where applicable, to the proper courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material, fb001.c will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address, in-Platform notification, or prominent notice on the fb001.c website. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
